Can I make a change to my order?
You bet. Shoot us an email as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes cannot be made to orders that have already shipped.

Can I make an exchange?
Exchanges are allowed for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. An exchange must be initiated within 7 days after receiving your item(s). You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. Requested exchange item(s) will not be shipped until original item(s) is(are) returned. Limited edition pre-order items and sale items are final sale.

Can I make a return?
Returns are allowed for unused, damaged items only. You have 7 business days to contact us to initiate a return. When emailing, please include your order number and a photo of the damage. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Refund processing times vary.

Where do you ship?
Currently we are shipping domestically to the 50 United States. Want us to ship elsewhere? Shoot us a message via our contact page and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you offer local pick up in the Sioux Falls area?
Due to our limited volunteer hours available, coordinating local pickups is not feasible at this time.

What is your processing time?
We make every effort to ship items within 2-3 business days. We are 100% volunteer operated, and sometimes, well, #life. We will always keep you updated if we expect delays.
