Join us for our annual, in-person gathering that welcomes all women who support our mission to care for miscarriage moms. Together, we’ll joyfully remember and honor babies in heaven.

Brunch & Blooms features a delicious meal, shopping, raffle prizes, stories from moms within our supportive community, and so much more. Join us for an indulgent experience that you’ll never forget!

EVENT INFORMATION

  • This is a women’s only event, and all women are welcome! You do not have to have experienced baby loss to attend Brunch & Blooms. If you support the mission of Evermore Blooms and want to enjoy a beautiful event, we’d love to have you!

  • Community Guest | FREE!

    • A catered brunch complete with pastries, charcuterie, coffee bar, and soda/juice. Mimosas available for purchase.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else before Sunday, March 5, 2027.

    All proceeds from ticket sales, raffle tickets & day-of donations benefit the mission of Evermore Blooms.

  • Every year, we get messages from pregnant women or women with new babies who hesitate to attend because they don’t want to bring hurt to any mom who has been through baby loss. While we commend and appreciate the empathy and consideration, we cannot stress this enough: Brunch & Blooms is an event that honors ALL motherhood journeys. Everyone who attends comes knowing that we all have our own stories.

    To the pregnant mom: If you have a loss story of your own, or you simply want to support the women in your life who have experienced loss, you are MORE than welcome to attend, belly and all!

    To the mom with a new baby: Your baby is a gift and miracle! Nursing babies/new babies in arms are (of course) allowed! Because the event is always a very full house, strollers are not permitted. Additionally, if your baby is a busy bee who wants room to move, we would lovingly suggest arranging for childcare and taking some time for yourself to enjoy the event!

  • First and foremost, we are so sorry for your loss. Brunch & Blooms is a community of support unlike any other, and we truly believe you’ll find healing at this event.

    With that said, we want you to be aware that there will be stories of loss shared that may be triggering, and that pregnant women and/or new babies may be in attendance.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • The first Brunch & Blooms in 2021 had 19 women in attendance. Since then, it’s grown to a gathering of over 300 women, with tickets selling out year after year. Despite the income from ticket sales covering a large portion of our fiscal year budget, we felt led to make Brunch & Blooms free to attend. A ticket price should not stand in the way of a grieving mother feeling cared for, nor should it prevent someone from attending alongside her in support. As the Community Sponsor, your gift will allow over 200 women to experience the community and love that this event provides at no cost, while ensuring our mission is still financially supported for the year ahead. 

    As the Community Sponsor your name/business name or logo will be included in all pre-event and event-day marketing materials including print and social media. Your name/business name will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website, displayed on the event donor board, announced multiple times by the event emcee, and recognized during the founder’s presentation. You/your business will be invited to include promotional items/gifts in the VIP gift bags, as well as receive two event tickets upgraded to the coveted Petal Pass VIP Experience!

  • A nourishing and delicious meal has the ability to make one feel safe, cared for, and right at home. As the Brunch Sponsor, your gift will cover the cost of the meal for our guests, and be a primary element of the comforting and welcoming environment Brunch & Blooms provides. As the Brunch Sponsor, your name/business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website, displayed on signage near the brunch, and acknowledged during the founder’s presentation. This sponsorship also includes two tickets to the event!

  • Receiving an Evermore Blooms bouquet is a sacred experience for mothers, encompassing emotions like love, care, comfort, joy, and so much more. Through exquisite and memorable floral decor, your sponsorship will create an opportunity for a portion of that special experience to be felt by each of our guests. The Blooms Sponsor name/business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website, displayed on the event donor board, and acknowledged during the founder’s presentation. This sponsorship also includes two tickets to the event!

  • Brunch & Blooms is an unforgettable, unique, and beautiful event for all who attend. As the Petal Pass VIP Experience Sponsor, you will allow us to treat 65 of our most loyal and supportive guests to an elevated experience including reserved seating, exclusive perks, complimentary beverages, additional gifts, and more. You/your business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website, displayed on the event donor board, and will be recognized during the VIP Experience presentation. As the Petal Pass VIP Experience Sponsor, you may also include promotional items/gifts in the Petal Pass holder gift bags. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets.

  • As the Guest Gift Sponsor, you will be the reason women leave Brunch & Blooms feeling exceptionally loved through receiving an exclusive gift! Your name/business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website and displayed on the event donor board. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets. 

  • To complement the delicious meal, Brunch & Blooms guests are treated to a coffee bar complete with syrup and milk options, as well as unlimited soda or juice. As the Refreshment Sponsor, your name/business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website and displayed on signage near the refreshments at the event. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets.

  • The Details & Decor sponsor will help us present the event exceptionally well through decor rentals, displays, and printed materials. All of these little details will create a stunning, immersive experience for our guests.

    As the Details & Decor Sponsor, your name/business name or logo will be listed on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website and displayed on the event donor board. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets.

  • The Flower Patch Memorial Wall is a beloved tradition of Brunch & Blooms. Every year, women in attendance are given an opportunity to honor their babies in heaven by placing a wooden flower onto the wall. By the end of the event, the wall transforms into a stunning art installation, displaying a bittersweet picture of all of the babies that are loved and missed. The hundreds of wooden flowers placed on the wall are then distributed to florists across the country to be included in the bouquets we deliver to mothers. As the Flower Patch Memorial Wall Sponsor, you will cover the cost of maintaining/improving the wall, as well as the cost of the hand- dyed, wooden flowers that are needed to create this special moment for our guests. Your name/business name will be featured on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets.

  • With any event, last minute or unexpected expenses always come up. As an Event Sponsor, your gift will be pooled together into a general Brunch & Blooms fund and used wherever it’s needed, ensuring we can deliver the exceptionally beautiful and intentional experience this event has become known for, even when unplanned costs arise. Event Sponsor names/business names will be featured on the Brunch & Blooms event page on our website. There are 15 of these sponsorships available. This sponsorship tier does not include any tickets.

  • One of the goals of Brunch & Blooms is to joyfully honor and remember the babies we love and miss. With this gift, you will have the opportunity to list a name (or names) to display at random at a single table. This gift does not include any tickets, or reserve the table at which the sign is displayed. There are 20 “Name a Table” opportunities available.

All Sponsors of $2,500+ will also receive social media recognition to the Evermore Blooms audience of 10,000+, be displayed on the event program at each table setting, and featured in a post-event newsletter sent to the Evermore Blooms donor and supporter email list of 3,000+.

All Sponsors of $500+ will also be acknowledged in a post-event newsletter sent to the Evermore Blooms donor and supporter email list of 3,000+.
